National Elite Regional Diamond Select
WE DON'T RUN A SEASON. WE RUN RAIDS.
The best kids from everyone else's teams. One weekend of carnage. We don't develop players — we unleash them.

Yes, that spells RINGERS. Yes, on purpose.
Our Methodology
We have no development philosophy. Development implies they needed it.
These kids have never met. They will not practice. They will not bond. They will shake hands in the parking lot and hang fifteen runs before the concession stand opens.
There is no development plan. There is no philosophy. There is a group chat, a tournament fee, and a shared understanding that we are simply better than you.
We take the best kid from a dozen different teams and put them on one. No apologies. The trophies are load-bearing.
NERDS assembles for select competitive tournaments in the off-season windows — summer, post-fall, winter — wherever the best competition is.
Next Up
We are accepting applications for a small number of roster spots. Competition is fierce. Your child will be evaluated against a standard no 10-year-old can reasonably meet.
Genuinely seeking talented players in the Virginia/NC region (jurisdiction: nationwide), all positions.
All jokes aside: NERDS is a real, highly competitive 10U team built from the top players in the region, playing legit tournaments against the best competition we can find. We take the baseball seriously — we just don't take ourselves too seriously.
Be honest with yourself: can your kid hang with the best players he's faced at this age, or is he the best on his own team? Those are different sentences. If he can hang, apply — like a scout, not a grandmother. If he's not quite there yet, no shame; there's a whole baseball world built for exactly that.
Applying? Use the form above — that's the only way in. Everything else (sponsors, media, general awe): frontoffice@nerdsbaseball.com · @nerdsbaseball
Official Disclaimer
Relax. NERDS isn't a season team. There's no season, no league, no practices, no standings, no banquet. We assemble a few times a year — in the off-season — to play one weekend of competitive baseball with talented kids who love the game, then we vanish like we were never here.
Your roster is safe. Your kingdom is intact. Nobody is being 'recruited away.' We're just letting good players play more baseball in the months they'd otherwise spend sitting around.
So if a kid playing offseason ball has your ego feeling fragile, take a breath before you make three phone calls and draft a strongly worded group text.
Fragile egos will not be accommodated.
Talented kids will.
